Terms and Conditions:
1. BBUGMy maintains strict quality control policy to ensure that no damaged or substandard device(s) reach our customers. As such, device(s) sold is in good condition and neither refundable nor exchangable.
2. All item sold is new out-of-the-mill item! We only take device(s) from our trusted authorised and registered RIM distributor.
3. The price for the device(s) is final and does not includes postal and delivery charges (for customers out of Klang Valley).
4. We operates on first come first served basis. Priority will be given to customers who have submitted their order form with full details and can make payment promptly prior to the receiving of the device(s).
5. After confirmation has been made, the customer needs to make payment within 24 hours upon confirmation. Should confirmed customer is not able to make the full payment within the time frame, BBUGMy has the right to sell the device (s) to the next customer in line.
6. The colour of the device(s) may be slightly different from the actual colour of the actual product due to various reasons. We do not responsible for such incident.
7. Customers can be rest assured that all information in the form will be kept private & confidential and would not be used on purpose of other than the agreement to buy the device(s).
