Bbm Notification Icon Still on the BlackBerry home screen after read or clear
1.Clear all “ignored contacts” in your BBM contact list with open BBM application, click BB menu, select “OPTIONS” search “ignored Contacts”, then click “EDIT”, tick all PIN contacts and click “OK”. (Note: For those who never ignore the contact, you will not see the option, skip this step).
2. After that, press ALT LGLG for none touch screen, then CLEAR LOG, then click YES. For touch screen just do the “battery pull”(take out the battery) and reboot.
3. After rebooting, asked your friend to ping you and confirm the icon is clear when you already opened the message.
4. If still persist. Open the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
1. Click backup and restore
2. Go to advanced
3. Backup the bbm data and save
4. Clear data bbm at blackberry
5. Restore back.
5. Or just Restore wirelessly using remote and restore at back up at BBM
